The IU Global Gateway Network is a key component of Indiana University's Bicentennial Strategic Plan. With facilities around the globe, the establishment of the network marks a milestone in the university’s international engagement.
The China and India Gateways opened in Beijing and New Delhi in 2014. The Europe Gateway opened in Berlin in 2015 and the Mexico Gateway opened in Mexico City in 2018. More Gateways are planned in Thailand, South Africa, and possibly Brazil. Together, these Gateways comprise the Global Gateway Network and are entry points to all eight Indiana University campuses.
The IU Global Gateway Network is administered by the Office of the Vice President for International Affairs.
