Purnur Ilolova is the Program Manager at the Office of International Development; she has been with the office for three years.
Previously, Purnur was the Unit Coordinator at IU Health Bloomington Hospital and prior to that she worked with the Aga Khan Foundation, USA as their Finance Officer responsible for AKF’s fiduciary and statutory filings as per the organization’s 501©(3) requirements. Her experience and expertise focus on international development through service-learning activity and community development as well as servant leadership.
A world traveler, she is consistently looking for opportunities to contribute to building reliable institutions, and cultivating active civil society in order to improve the quality of life in developing and developed countries.
She obtained her first Specialist Diploma in Finance and Credit from the Technological University of Tajikistan and her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
Within OID, Purnur manages State Department funded Youth Leadership Programs for both the On Demand as well as Myanmar awards. She has also been managing the Mandela Washington Fellowship’s Leadership in Civic Engagement.
