Directions to the IU India Gateway
Located in the city of Gurgaon, 20 miles (32 km) southwest of New Delhi, the IU India Gateway is approximately 1 hour's drive from central New Delhi and 30 minutes’ drive from Indira Gandhi International Airport.
Visitors arriving at Indira Gandhi International Airport are advised to arrange a prepaid taxi to take them to the office or hotel. Please contact the IU India Gateway Office Manager if you require assistance with this. The fare from the airport to the office can range from 500 to 1,000 rupees (₹500-₹1,000).
From either New Delhi or Indira Gandhi International Airport take the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway (National Highway 8) towards Delhi Jaipur Road in Gurgaon. Exit the highway at Exit 10, turning left onto CH Baktawar Singh Road. Proceed for 650 meters (2,100 ft), take the first left (just before Medanta Medicity on right), and continue to the end of the road. The American Institute of Indian Studies building (Plot 22) is on the right-hand side. The IU India Gateway is located on the first floor.
The nearest station is HUDA City Centre, which is the last stop on the Yellow Line of the Delhi Metro, approximately 50-55 minutes from New Delhi station in central Delhi. From HUDA City Centre station take an auto rickshaw or a taxi (10-15 minutes).
