Current approaches to teaching world languages are practiced, including immersion, content-based and communicative teaching using ACTFL World Readiness Standards-based methodologies to construct curriculum and to plan, carry out and critique lessons. Selection of materials and formulation of proficiency assessment are applied through reflective teaching practice, and includes field experience in local schools.
