Fostering Campus Awareness for the UN Sustainable Development Goals
The SDG framework provides an essential perspective for inherently global issues and is part of a broader, international approach to learning that challenges and empowers students, and creates new skills, values, and attitudes.
The CampusSDG Grant Program aims to raise awareness, promote understanding, and facilitate engagement with the UN Sustainable Development Goals at Indiana University Bloomington.
- Raise Awareness: This program aims to raise awareness of the UN SDGs on campus and engage students, staff, and faculty in meaningful conversations and activities centered around the Goals.
- Promote Understanding: The CampusSDG Grant Program will deepen the understanding of global challenges addressed by the SDGs in local, national, and international contexts and highlight the interdependent nature of these challenges.
- Facilitate Action: The CampusSDG Grant Program seeks to empower individuals and groups to actively engage with and take action towards the SDGs.
Grants of up to $1000 are available for SDG-related programs including, but not limited to: lectures, panel discussions, volunteer events, community engagement, creative/artistic performances or exhibits
