Introduction to Biostatistical Computing

This course is designed to familiarize students with statistical computing and research data management with an emphasis on R to manage data. The course includes both a lecture and practical component.Topics will include:
- Producing descriptive statistics
- Summaries, graphs and basic reports
- Combining and transforming data sets
- Reading and writing files that are not in a R format
- Creating graphs
- Using the R to create function
