An arts administrator turned UX/CX professional; Rachel is a dedicated, multidisciplinary professional with 10 years of experience in nonprofit business operations, marketing strategy, and project management. She loves problem solving and utilizing research to create human-centered solutions that drive strategy. A graduate of Indiana University Indianapolis's Master of Library and Information Science program, Rachel has over three years of experience conducting research (UX and market), managing web content (internal and external), and creating user-centered designs. Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys traveling, reading, taking Pilates classes, and language learning (currently studying Korean).
