This course focuses on environmental analysis, internal analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategic planning. You will use contemporary case studies to develop action-oriented plans affecting the long-run operation and performance of both national and international firms. This is the capstone course for the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program.
