This course focuses on equipping students with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate and manage effectively in diverse and globalized work environments. Key objectives include developing cultural awareness, fostering self-awareness, and enhancing global leadership capabilities. Students will explore major trends impacting global management, learn about cultural diversity, and gain practical experience through experiential exercises, team projects, and case studies. By the end of the course, students are able to analyze cultural differences, leverage diversity for business performance, and create effective strategies for managing multicultural teams, positioning them as competent global leaders.
