The parties agree to collaborate on a Dual Degree Program in order for students from CUPL to pursue degrees from both Indiana University and CUPL. The Dual Degree Program, entitled “Joint Collaboration of School Running of International Dual-Master’s Degree Program (Chinese Juris Master/United States LL.M),” will allow qualifying students pursuing the Juris Master (J.M.) degree at CUPL to visit Indiana University for the purpose of completing an LL.M. degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Students who successfully fulfill the degree requirements of both programs shall be awarded a J.M. degree from CUPL and an LL.M. degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
